What will this cost me?

Freedom-4U rates vary depending on the service required. Our fees are mainly a per hour charge however, discounts are offered for large blocks of time.  Our fees do not include any additional costs for purchases we have made on your behalf. An additional fee per kilometer will be incurred for services out of the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Call or email us today to get a free no obligation quote.

What is the minimum time we can hire you for?

There is a minimum of at least one hour charge for any of our services.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice or a one hour minimum charge will apply.

What if I don’t see the service I need on your list?

Don’t see a service listed that you require, please just ask us. We will do our best to satisfy all requests providing they are legal, ethical and within our capabilities

How quickly can I use your service?

Freedom-4U requires 24 hour notice; however, we will do our best to accommodate you if emergency services are required. However, after hours charges may be applied.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. However, we are available by email and or cell phone 24/7. We ask that you leave a message after hours and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Cash. We encourage our clients to open up accounts with us in which we will deduct funds accordingly for services rendered.

Can I purchase your service as a gift?

Absolutely. Freedom-4U gift certificates make excellent gifts for a variety of people in your life. New mothers, loved one recovering from illness, frequent travelers, busy spouse or executives will all appreciate receiving the gift of time.
